Chef Bryan Shumaker comes to the Omaha Steakhouse with over a decade of experience in the finest kitchens in the Southwest. Shumaker uses his trademark slant on the Progressive American Palate to turn classic steakhouse cuisine and banquet style fare into something truly special. With a background working in five-star hotels and IACC Conference Centers, Chef Shumaker excels at creating customized menus for meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events.
